I was 15, and a total loser when it came to knowing what to do with my lips when boys were in close proximity to them.
This song was on in the background, and I remember thinking I would be horrible at Up close & Personal with Robin Leach.
I was what you might call an exceptionally LATE bloomer.
I know basically all I post on this blog is Jrock stuff, but, in truth, I haven’t wholly given up on other music. So I just kind of wanted to make a little post about what other artists I listen to besides my beloved Jrock bands !

El diablo en los carnavales - Edú Lombardo
Este año fue el primer año que festejé el carnaval. Lo hice visitando barrios, en cuanto escenario encontré, y además me di el lujo de ser parte de una Murga (La Hechicera).
Estar sobre el escenario y provocar sonrisas y carcajadas fue una de las experiencias más lindas que he tenido en mi vida hasta ahora.
Es increible todo lo que me estaba perdiendo: el contacto con el vecino, la sencillez de un disfraz hecho con ropa vieja, la cantina del barrio, los chicos embromando con el agua… Esa es la alegría de pueblo que no debería perderse nunca y estoy feliz de que se puedan retomar estas viejas costumbres.
Recién pasa éste y ya tengo ganas de que llegue el próximo… ¡Que viva el carnaval!

How high and mighty the students are, telling everyone the moral, correct thing to do. Then they trash their school and set fire to one of its buildings.
I guess that morals and correct behaviour don’t apply to the students, just to the teachers…
